My teens were first-time patients at the Montgomery Dental Loft this week. Everything from scheduling the appointments to the customer service and patient care in the office was 5-star! Both came out smiling saying "we love this dentist!" The 6-month check-ups are already booked and are happy to have found a dental clinic to call "home".

Dr. Deepa is amazing and engages in conversation making you feel comfortable. She does the cleaning herself and is very gentle throughout the process. I recently switched from a not-so-great dentist. What a difference! Their scheduling is modernized, allowing you to schedule and complete your forms online. The front desk staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. The waiting area is clean, modern, and pleasant but there was no wait time! The treatment areas are modern and very clean. Dr. Rao was amazing! She was very professional, thoroughly explored all treatment options with me, and was knowledgeable of my insurance benefits and limitations. I highly recommend!!!

This was the first time visiting the place and I was satisfied with my visit. The place is clean and Dr. Deepa was patient in explaining the issues with my teeth and did a good job with the cleaning! The only thing which perhaps is a non-issue is if the gloves that are being worn by the doctor would not smell bad especially when going through the cleaning. I would recommend the place.

Dr Rao spends the time with you that most dentists don’t. She explained the results of my x-rays and answered all of my questions clearly. Throughout my exam and treatment, she checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend her and this practice.

I needed to find a new dentist and live in town. I was very impressed with this practice. It was well thought out to be relaxing and stress free. The dentist took her time and was very empathetic and caring. While I do not have a fear of the dentist, I thought it would be a great place for my husband who does.

Dr Rao took time to explain all the options available to me, and also the pros and cons of each option. Honestly, an exceptional dental experience. I am beyond happy with this place! They took me in on a Saturday for an emergency visit. They have since done 3 procedures on me that were pleasant and comfortable. I am terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Deepa has made my fears go away! I highly recommend them! Especially for anyone who is a little fearful of dental work.
