The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. Being my first ever visit to a dentist, I was nervous. Dr Deepa was very nice and informative. Made me feel at home as if I was a friend. She did a great job, very professional in examining and providing with solutions by priority. For me the location is perfect. Loved the ease of booking an appointment online. Overall a great place to go take care of all your dental needs.
The Montgomery Dental Loft is a very good Dental Office. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to everyone! I had to get some dental work done, and they always made sure to talk through what was happening for the dental work, and they did a great job with it! I recently switched from a not-so-great dentist. What a difference! Their scheduling is modernized, allowing you to schedule and complete your forms online. The front desk staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. The waiting area is clean, modern, and pleasant but there was no wait time! The treatment areas are modern and very clean. Dr. Rao was amazing! She was very professional, thoroughly explored all treatment options with me, and was knowledgeable of my insurance benefits and limitations. I highly recommend!!!
