Meet Your Dentist
Deepa Rao Nyayapathi,
DMD
Better known as Dr. Rao, is passionate about creating a difference while spreading smiles. Her life experiences shaped her values and has given vision to the philosophy of Montgomery Dental Loft. She grew up in an environment where there was not much emphasis on dental health. This has enabled her to be non judgemental and aware that different patients have different needs, thus customizing treatment plans for each patient. Through her several years of practice, she understood that a patient would need help with combating dental fears first, before accessing dental care. Many elements included in the design of the practice were based on this vision of providing comfort, convenience and affordability.
She graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston and then went on to complete an AEGD residency from Lutheran Medical center in Brooklyn, New York. While at school, she volunteered for the Special Olympics at Vermont. She is a member of AGD, IAID and a provider for Invisalign.

Story Behind
the birth of Montgomery Dental Loft
Dr. Nyayapathi moved to Hillsborough in 2009 after she fell in the love with the town during one of her visits to her friends home. She has been practicing in central jersey for many years in many practices but always dreamt of owning her own family practice serving the communities of Hillsborough, Montgomery, Bridgewater, Princeton, Manville, Hopewell. When she saw a newly constructed strip mall in Montgomery, she jumped at the opportunity to create her dental home. The Grove at Montgomery lies on a higher ground, conveniently facing 206, a busy highway. Hence, gave way to the name “Montgomery Dental Loft” .
Loft really means Exalted/placed on a higher ground/placed in high regard, which is what we desire to do for our patients.
Dr. Nyayapathi loves art and sketching. Dentistry is actually an art which requires precision and finesse that she loves to inculcate in her work. This love for art and dentistry actually gave birth to her slogan ‘Art with my kinda brush’.
